bill and margaret

In loving memory of Bill and Margaret Parry, devoted and loving husband and wife, parents and grandparents.

Gwyllum (Bill) Parry, from Anglesey and Margaret (Mag) Ann Dinwoodie, from Llangernew, Wales, were married and had two children, Glynn and Ann. They lived in Liverpool, in a house Bill's father built on Pensran Road, off Edge Lane, in the Old Swan area, until the end of their respective lives. They were surrounded by family and friends throughout their lives.  Margaret was lucky enough to have her sister, Min, live just a few doors down the road and Bill also had his mother near by until her passing. Margaret passed away just at the time Bill was retiring.  Bill passed away after an illness some 15 years later when he was in his 80's.

Glynn went on to marry Olive and they have two children, Judith and Glenda.
Ann went on to marry Paul and then later Chris and they have two children, Jane and John.

Bill enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his son, daughter and grandchildren.  in the above photo he is sitting with Glynn enjoying the sun!

Family

Here is Bill with his son Glynn and 2 of his grandchildren, Jane and John and their new kitten.  You couldn't wish to meet a lovelier couple than Bill and Margaret.

They are both missed so much by all their family and thought of every day as they watch over us.

This summer I survived the two most devastating realities I have experienced since my father's death in 1980. The first was anguishing in its inevitability: my 31 year old brother's death from the cancer that stalked him for seven years.
