Our Departed

Regular User Registration is free: Registered Users can submit free death notices and have access to view Our Departed on line memorials in the public directory and leave messages of condolence if they wish. Registered users may submit articles, Poetry for the rainbow bridge poetry pages and links to be considered for the bereavement support organizations page.

Memorial Page creation for Registered Members: Registered Members can create a family based on line memorial. Registered Members also enjoy the benefits of submitting poetry, grief support articles and links. Members wishing to do so may also involve themselves in the site's support network community builder options by creating their own profile and "connecting" with other members, enabling them to private message each other.

Our Departed also has a unique Community Builder option whereby members can create a customizable individual profile, if they wish, and get to know other members. The Community Builder also enables members to message each other.

Paid Membership is required to create a memorial page. Join today and start creating your on line family Memorial. Membership, which entitles members to create a memorial/tribute page, costs just $50.00/£25.00, one-time payment.

Members you can also opt to have Our Departed create your site for you with our personalized Host Assisted Package at a one-off cost of $90.00/£45.00. With the Host Assisted Package Our Departed will create your memorial on your behalf and Prepare your memorial page to your instruction. Members choosing this option will need to supply all photos/audio/video (as appropriate) and written material in either Text (.txt), Word or PDF format. A special discount applies to members opting to purchase both packages (perpetual membership with host assisted option) at the same time.

Ownership of Memorial pages can be transfered to another family member at any time by contacting Our Departed. If you have any further questions then please contact us via our Contact page.

An Everlasting Gift: Perhaps you would like to give the gift of your own Memorial page to your loved ones. Members can create their own page in advance, with photos and video and/or audio messages especially created for loved ones. Memorial pages that are created in advance are usually left unpublished and password protected until the appropriate time. Special Instructions can be left with Our Departed, or your chosen legal representative. Please contact us directly, via our Contact page, for more information.
